Our traditional flours are produced and packaged in the Kalocsa mill, while the gluten-free products are produced in our gluten-free certified plant in Ercsi.
Our plants are certified by the world's most best-known and most accepted food safety and quality standards.
Our IFS Food and BRC Food certification are performed by the Bureau Veritas certification body, while the organic certification is performed by Biokontroll Hungária Nonprofit Kft. The standards pay particular attention to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and plant hygiene.

We offer certified organic and conventional flours as well. In addition to traditional wheat, durum, rye and spelled wheat are also available in our selection.
